The Masked Cowboy Band - Eclectica

The Masked Cowboy Band is a loose confederation of musicians based in and around Nashville, Tennessee who occasionally come together to record some songs from the Elevating Music Catalog. We did our first CD in 1999 called "That Feather" and our second was released in early 2007 and is called "Eclectica". It's difficult to pigeonhole the music because, as the title of the new CD indicates, we like to do a lot of different kinds of material and some of it is rather eclectic. Our main cohesive element is the lead vocalist who has performed on every song on both CD's. He started singing professionally when he was seven in his parents' gospel group in Florida. He's now a 40-something and is a great musician, composer and engineer in addition to having such a wonderfully distinctive voice. We have decided not to say anything more about him or anyone else involved in the band for now. However, we do need to thank Kevin Wicker at Progress Music for another masterful job of putting all these songs together. Your talents and skills are most appreciated. You can listen to short clips of the songs here and play the music video for the first song on the new CD, "There Is Power". You can hear longer versions of the songs and purchase the new CD at this link: http://cdbaby.com/cd/maskedcowboy2
